• Include your photos in search results and galleries
• Apply visible attribution (watermark/banner) identifying you as the photographer

This license exists solely for the purpose of operating and improving Airframe and terminates when you delete your content or account.

4.3 Photo Attribution and Protection

We take photographer attribution seriously:

• All photos display a visible ownership banner crediting you as the photographer
• Your username is linked to every photo you upload
• We prohibit and actively discourage theft or misuse of photographer content
• Users may not remove, alter, or obscure attribution information

4.4 Content Representations

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the original creator of the content or have authorization to upload it
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your content is accurate and not misleading
• Your content complies with all applicable laws

5. Content Guidelines and Moderation

5.1 Editorial Review

All uploaded photos are subject to editorial review before appearing on the platform. We curate content to maintain quality standards and ensure appropriateness.

5.2 Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Depicts violence, harassment, or hateful imagery
• Contains spam, malware, or phishing attempts
• Violates aviation security or privacy regulations
• Is not related to aviation or aircraft photography

5.3 Moderation Decisions

6. Prohibited Conduct
